Heavy Metal : Brain Fog Detoxification by Richard Uzelac

How to Protect yourself from Heavy Metal Brain Fog Detoxification

by Richard Uzelac

Our brains are supposed to filter the information, deciphering like a computer so we can handle everyday tasks. But when we constantly have our brains fogging up, it is difficult to get anything done. Do you ever regret when your time could have been spent doing something, but your mind wanders in a different dimension? How much could you hate having no break from coffee before you could actually start your day? Did you have an experience when you’re doing something and you snap out of it – “‘I’m on this now and it has pulled me out of a generalized ‘fog’ into clarity in my daily life”.

If you think you might not be functioning well, especially cognitively, and you nor your doctor can’t seem to find out what’s causing this, you should consider yourself to go heavy metal testing. Heavy metal testing can be a form of hair analysis or a blood test. Heavy metals have been one of the most undermined topic in health but it has been linked to many chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, depression and even dementia (Alzheimer’s Diseases, Parkinson’s Diseases)

Tell me someone who is over 40 and doesn’t have high levels of heavy metal detected. As you age, your body collects heavy metals. We acquire these metals; arsenic, chromium, mercury, cadmium, lead, copper, nickel, zinc, aluminum, and iron from the food we intake every day and from our surroundings. However, there are soft metals like iron, and zinc that are essential in our bodies that we should keep, as there are those heavy metals that we should get rid of.

In medical treatment, the method of getting rid of heavy metals is referred to as Chelation. However, Chelation therapy draws calcium in the blood, causing calcium levels to drop and affecting blood supply and can result in cardiac arrest.

So as you’ve heard about reports of effects of being “chelated”. You might need your doctor’s cooperation in this matter, to see which works for you. But for some who are in two minds of going through “chelated”, you can check out my dietary tips below

Heavy Metals That Are Destroying Your Brain by Richard Uzelac

brain fog

Some argued the definition of soul. Our brain, for me, is our gateway to the human soul. It is the very root of our identity. Studies show that human beings are only using a little of their full brain capacity yet it still wreaks havoc on our bodies. How much more if you don’t pay enough attention to it? It will sneak up on you when you least expect it. Knowing where these heavy metals can be found is a gold mine for your longevity and wellness and “soul”, and especially for those who are over 40. Looking out for yourself is not as complicated as it seems. Rather than having brain damage like dementia and other severe health conditions. So always take care of yourself and don’t take things for granted.
