Aging is not something to fear. It's a part of life, and most people fear the physical suffering that we might have to take when we age and even the financial burden. We've been forgetting the thing that we should think of, and that is to take control of our health. In this article, I will share valuable information about aging and how to prevent it or slow the process..
Our minds are powerful. We think and write thoughts to our minds every day, unknowingly influencing how our bodies age. Though many people would definitely balk over this thought. How many of you really think that thinking positively would help us lower aging? As we all know that aging is inevitable.Generologist and longevity expert Dr. Audrey de Grey finds his mission, “Ending Age-Related Diseases 2021” very challenging in this developing era of the biotechnological industry. But he also widely talked about the seven deadly things that cause aging,as a breakthrough to stop aging. It is generally about cell mutations, gene therapy and engineering DNA. So I want to pinpoint about chromosomal mutation and replication. Everytime our mind thinks it replicates cells. And whenever it does this chromosomal molecule called telomeres lessens. How do you consider someone sad such as having a heartbreak or a death of a loved one affects his behaviour? Our minds and body are one. This chromosomal structure Telomeres that protects our DNA lessens everytime we think so how much more if we are treating ourselves bad like drinking and smoking. Thinking really impacts our biological nature.

Chronic Stress Response to SHORTENING OF TELOMERES: Richard Uzelac
“We hypothesized that demographic, health- and psychological-related, and contextual/environmental factors predict a chronic stress response that leads to shortened TL through increased systemic inflammation”

More on Telomeres
In Israel, researchers claim to have successfully reversed the biological aging process see reference. The patient was taken into a hyperbaric chamber. Increasing the pressure resulting into increasing the capacity of the molecules that can go into the lungs, then into the systems. This treatment has shown to increase telomere length
Here's How to Deal With Stress - by Richard Uzelac
I understand that fears are hard to stop. Shameful to admit, but it is a fact that we got many fears that these become constant, so it becomes our norm. We fear rejection, too many to-do lists, environmental fears, phobias, and much more every day. Gearing us to fight and flight response all the time. This is something automatic and we can’t control, but we can always control when to relax, slow our minds, and manifest positive thoughts. At least take a time of the day to meditate and relax. Studies show that the more we do those things our body releases serotonin and endorphins.
Gratitude
Committing to gratitude can change your life. The world is filled with so many things to be grateful for, and being grateful alleviates stress and promotes better health and happiness. Many studies have shown that gratitude contributes to better well-being.
Reward System
One thing about me is that I have always learned to reward myself after a very productive day of managing two companies. And I find this very helpful. The reason for a reward is that it helps you regain energy levels cause it secretes hormones that are called domine
Spending Me Time
Improve your life by simply reflecting on what makes you happy. For example, If you love cooking and gardening, so on weekends, go on spend your time in the kitchen or in the garden.
Being Social
Life is busy, but it doesn’t mean you can’t find time for quality human interaction. Having a routine of face-to-face interactions with coworkers, family, and friends can be a significant help for your mental health
Other Studies on Ways of Preventing Aging by Richard Uzelac
There are a lots of studies on ways of preventing aging, one of them is from Dr. Bruce Ames, a “Dr. Ames is a Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, University of California, Berkeley and most recently was a Senior Scientist at Childrens Hospital Oakland Research Institute” He did have a theory called Triage that says that in evolution, you need 30 different substances to run your metabolism, and mostly they are co-factors of enzymes, that’s called a vitamin. There are also 15 minerals that we’re getting from the soil. And all these minerals are involved in metabolism, like zinc and magnesium, which are like 300 enzymes. Magnesium is a contributing factor in hundreds of enzymes for repair and replication. Dr Ames believes that if we’re running low on these, like, for example, vitamin K or magnesium, nature’s gonna look for them in proteins that are essential for survival. So what he is proposing is that in reproductive age your body is in “Strong Selection” However, if you’re past that reproductive age, there’s not much “Selection” in that, like having low protein, which can lead to calcification of arteries that will eventually lead to heart diseases. So he’s proposing that that concept of short-term survival is what nature wants- trading long-term health for short-term health. According to him, it is an interesting theory with many implications for human nutrition.
